Job Description

We’re looking for a hands-on Head of Marketing to own Wonderpay’s growth, brand presence, and marketing operations. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience running campaigns end-to-end, strong creative sense to work with designers and editors, and the strategic mindset to build high-impact, measurable marketing programs across digital and offline channels.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the full marketing strategy — brand, performance, content, social, and PR — aligning activities to business goals.
• Plan and manage the marketing calendar, campaign roadmaps, and budgets.
• Lead paid acquisition (Meta, Google, etc.), organic growth, influencer partnerships, and community/engagement initiatives.
• Manage Wonderpay’s social profiles end-to-end: content strategy, posting cadence, community engagement and growth.
• Work closely with the design and editorial teams: write creative briefs, review assets, iterate on creatives and videos to ensure brand consistency and campaign performance.
• Build high-engagement, research-backed content that can go viral and drive user action — from short-form social to long-form thought pieces.
• Use Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager and other ad platforms to plan, run, and optimize campaigns; drive ROAS and CPA improvements through testing.
• Monitor performance with data — set KPIs, run A/B tests, analyze funnels, and prepare clear reports for leadership.
• Coordinate with product, sales, and external partners/agencies to amplify campaigns and launches.
• Mentor junior marketers and coordinate cross-functional work to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, growth, or performance roles — ideally within fintech, SaaS, startups, or high-growth consumer brands.
• Proven experience running paid and organic campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong working knowledge of Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager and experience with other ad platforms (Google Ads recommended).
• Hands-on experience briefing and collaborating with design and editorial teams; comfortable giving creative feedback and approving assets.
• Excellent research skills for identifying trends, creating engaging/viral content, and spotting growth opportunities.
• Data-driven mindset — comfortable with analytics, tracking, A/B tests, and reporting.
